More than a decade of diligent cultivation
From the 2014-2015 school year up to now, Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai has not only excellently completed his professional tasks but also been a key factor in building and developing the Team work and children's movement at Vo Thi Sau Secondary School, the school that was awarded 4 Labor Medals.
As a teacher and Team Leader, Mr. Tai always upholds the spirit of responsibility and initiative in all assigned tasks, from professional to movement. Not only imparting knowledge, he also ignites passion, being a companion of students in every step of training.
In particular, Mr. Tai is not only dedicated but also creative, capable of organizing and leading movement activities to become useful educational playgrounds. The telling numbers have proven that persistent effort: for 5 consecutive years, the school's Union has been recognized as "Excellent Strong Union"; supported more than 144 million VND from the "Piggy Bank Connecting Circles of Love" movement, supporting more than 360 disadvantaged students; nearly 202 million VND was mobilized to give Tet gifts to poor students and contribute to the construction of the "Red Scarf House" youth project, worth 62 million VND and giving 50 bicycles to poor students...
Mr. Tai also inspires students through moral education programs, lifestyle, and skills through telling stories of Uncle Ho , and thematic activities "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style". He and his team members spread traditional values through the movements "When drinking water, remember its source", "Repaying gratitude", cleaning up martyrs' cemeteries, and many other volunteer activities.
Attachment to students and educational ideals
Not only is he exemplary in his profession with the title of Provincial Excellent Teacher in 2020, he is also a pillar of the Math - IT professional group, supporting colleagues in innovating teaching methods, applying information technology in testing and evaluation, nurturing excellent students, and reducing the rate of weak students.
Sharing about his journey, Mr. Tai humbly said: “I only consider what I do as the duty and responsibility of a teacher. I always believe that education is not only about teaching but also about inspiring, motivating, and lighting up hope and faith in students.”
At Vo Thi Sau Secondary School, the Team Leader with his friendly smile, eyes shining with confidence, and enthusiasm in all activities has become a beautiful image in the hearts of students and colleagues.

From 2020 to present, Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai has achieved many outstanding achievements such as: Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister in 2023 for achievements in Education and Training; Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister in 2025 for outstanding achievements in "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style"; winning the "Pink Swallow" award presented by the Central Youth Union in 2023; twice winning the title of "Outstanding Young Teacher" at the provincial level; "Excellent Leader" badge presented by the Central Youth Union; 9 consecutive years (2016-2024) being classified as "Party member with excellent performance".
