From the 2014-2015 school year to the present, Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai has not only excelled in his professional duties but has also been a key figure in building and developing the Youth Union activities and children's movement at Vo Thi Sau Secondary School, a school that has been awarded 4 Labor Medals.

Teacher Tài also inspires students through programs on ethics, lifestyle, and skills education, such as telling stories about President Ho Chi Minh and conducting thematic activities on "Studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh."
