The Department of Chemicals publishes the Summary of comments, receipts, explanations of comments and social criticism on the Draft Decree promulgating the list of chemical management within the scope of the Law on Chemicals to collect opinions from organizations and individuals.

Pursuant to the provisions of Point e, Clause 5, Article 8 of Circular No. 47/2025/TT-BCT dated August 26, 2025 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade regulating the development, promulgation and implementation of legal documents of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Department of Chemicals publishes a summary of comments, receives and explains comments on the draft Decree promulgating the list of chemical management under the scope of regulation of the Law on Chemicals.
