Handing over the support money, Mr. Le Quoc Van, Chairman of the Provincial Red Cross Society, kindly asked about the life and encouraged Tran Gia Loi's family to soon overcome difficulties, hoping that the support money would help him partly cover his living expenses.

Mr. Le Quoc Van, Chairman of the Provincial Red Cross Society (left) presented support money to Tran Gia Loi's family.

It is known that Loi's family currently has 3 siblings. Gia Loi is the oldest in the family, 12 years old this year, followed by his younger brother Tran Gia Loc, 7 years old and the youngest brother Tran Gia Thuan, only 3 years old, is being taken care of by a neighbor and sent to school. The 3 Gia Loi siblings are orphans. Their father and mother just passed away in August 2025 due to cancer; their maternal grandparents and paternal grandfather have also passed away, currently the 3 siblings live with their grandmother. Gia Loi's grandmother is 75 years old this year, unable to work and suffering from many serious illnesses. The family's life is very difficult, there is no money for medical treatment, no conditions to ensure the education and daily activities of the 4 grandparents and grandchildren. The family's life mainly depends on the kindness of neighbors.

Mr. Le Quoc Van added that to further motivate and create conditions for the children to study and cover their daily living expenses, the Provincial Red Cross will support them with 2 million VND per month for one year from the Thien Tam Fund, and will then continue to survey and have further support directions.
