The Department of Industry and Trade, the Phu Yen Market Management Department, and other departments, agencies, and localities such as Song Cau town, Tuy An district, and Dong Xuan district have recently launched a campaign to inspect and audit food and children's toy production and business establishments in the area.
The inspections focus on business registration certificates, health and knowledge requirements for those directly involved in production and business, product declaration/self-declaration documents, product labels, sales contracts, invoices and documents proving the origin of goods, etc. In addition to planned inspections, the units also conduct unannounced inspections and handle establishments showing signs of violations according to regulations. The inspection work will be carried out until the end of September 2023.
According to relevant authorities, children's toys, mooncakes, and other confectionery items are widely used and consumed during the Mid-Autumn Festival. This inspection aims to assess the compliance with legal regulations by food and children's toy production, business, and processing establishments; and to strengthen and improve the effectiveness of state management, as well as the dissemination of relevant documents to businesses and production and trading establishments.
