In addition, OpenAI's board of directors will also undergo important changes. Former Salesforce CEO Bret Taylor, Quora founder Adam D'Angelo and former US Treasury Secretary Larry Summers have been selected to become new members of the company's board of directors. Bret Taylor will serve as Chairman of OpenAI's board of directors.
Shortly after, on his personal page, Sam Altman posted a new share, with the content: “I love OpenAI and everything I have done over the past few days has been aimed at keeping the team’s mission alive. When I decided to join Microsoft on Sunday evening, it was clear that it was the best path for me and the team. With the new board and Satya’s support, I look forward to returning to OpenAI and building on our strong partnership with Microsoft.”
