Playground for workers and laborers

Many enterprises are increasingly focusing on creating a healthy and meaningful playground for workers. Sports , cultural and artistic activities are organized more and more, and facilities for these activities are invested in thoroughly, helping workers to have good health and a comfortable spirit.

Kitchen for workers of Hoan Cau Long An Company Limited (Binh Hoa Nam commune, Duc Hue district)

Taking care of the material and spiritual life of employees, Hoan Cau Long An Company (Binh Hoa Nam Commune, Duc Hue District) regularly organizes internal football tournaments. When the local government organizes a volleyball tournament, the Company sends a team to exchange. On major holidays of the year, the Company organizes sports and cultural activities to welcome, attracting a large number of employees to participate.

With the desire to support officers and employees working in projects with difficult living conditions, in remote areas, Hoan Cau Group organizes an on-site collective kitchen (lunch and dinner) for workers. This is both a place to eat and a playground, where workers meet, chat, and recharge. Since having a kitchen, workers do not need to travel far, their health is guaranteed and their spirit is more comfortable.

According to the Head of Administration and Chairman of the Trade Union of Hoan Cau Long An Company Limited - Nguyen An Hung, the care for the material and spiritual life of employees is carried out regularly and continuously by the Company, and the employees are very excited.

ChingLuh Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Ben Luc district) currently has about 17,000 union members and employees. Sports and cultural activities are organized annually by the Union. The Company's Board of Directors has just invested in a soccer field right on the Company's campus. During the Labor Month, the Company's Union Executive Committee organized a big soccer tournament, attracting many union members and employees to participate.

After working at the factory, the company's leaders created conditions for workers to practice and play on the football field to improve their health, create excitement and internal solidarity. Participating in this tournament, Mr. Dang Van Chau excitedly shared: "My colleagues and I are very happy because the company has created a meaningful playground. Thanks to that, we have improved our health and a comfortable spirit to work and contribute."

Workers of ChingLuh Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. participated in the Ao Dai Charm Contest organized by the Company's Trade Union.

According to the Chairman of the Trade Union of ChingLuh Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Nguyen Van Khai, on major holidays, the Company organizes many activities such as tug of war, sack jumping, badminton, cross-country running, baking, flower arrangement, etc. The children of employees are also cared for and looked after regularly by the Company's Board of Directors. On International Children's Day (June 1) every year, the children are allowed to enter the Company to better understand the hardships of their parents, thereby trying to study hard. Here, the children also participate in competitions such as cross-country running, painting, singing, etc. This year, in addition to the above activities, the Executive Board of the Company's Trade Union also updates the birth certificates of union members' children into the system so that the care work can be complete and thorough.

It can be seen that organizing many meaningful spiritual playgrounds (along with material care) has contributed to improving the quality of trade union activities, effectively performing the function of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers./.
