To care for the material and spiritual well-being of its employees, Hoan Cau Long An Co., Ltd. (Binh Hoa Nam commune, Duc Hue district) regularly organizes internal football tournaments. When the local government organizes a volleyball tournament, the company always sends a team to participate. On major holidays throughout the year, the company organizes sports and cultural activities to celebrate, attracting a large number of workers to participate.
With the desire to support employees working on projects in remote and disadvantaged areas, Hoan Cau Group organizes an on-site communal canteen (lunch and dinner) for its workers. This serves as both a place to eat and a recreational space where employees can meet, chat, and recharge. Since the canteen was established, employees no longer need to travel far, ensuring better health and a more relaxed state of mind.
According to Nguyen An Hung, Head of Administration and Chairman of the Trade Union of Hoan Cau Long An Co., Ltd., the company regularly and continuously takes care of the material and spiritual lives of its workers, and the employees are very pleased.
ChingLuh Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. (Ben Luc district) currently has approximately 17,000 union members and employees. Sports and cultural activities are organized annually by the trade union. After work at the factory, the company's leadership facilitates opportunities for employees to exercise and have fun at the football field to improve their health, boost morale, and strengthen internal bonds. Participating in this tournament, Mr. Dang Van Chau enthusiastically shared: “My colleagues and I are very happy that the company has created such a meaningful playground. Every year on International Children's Day (June 1st), the children are brought to the company to better understand the hardships of their parents, thereby encouraging them to study harder. Here, they also participate in competitions such as cross-country running, painting, singing, etc. This year, in addition to the above activities, the Executive Committee of the company's Trade Union Committee has also updated the birth certificates of union members' children into the system to ensure that the care provided is complete and thorough.
