Why wait for a special occasion to show patriotism?

Vo Ha Tram's music video "Proud Vietnam" was released a day ago, continuing her series of patriotic songs after "I Wish to Be Vietnamese" and "Millions of Hearts ," which she released last year.

Why not choose a special time to release music, when it's easier to spread? Vo Ha Tram said she "no longer wants to wait for major holidays to release music about her homeland, because for her, patriotism is an emotion present every day and never goes out of style."

The singer further shared that her mindset about her profession has changed significantly compared to before. She no longer feels pressured by sales figures or meticulously calculates release times; instead, she wants to work freely and according to her emotions.

For nearly 20 years in the music industry, she has remained steadfast in her commitment to traditional and revolutionary music. The affection of the audience, especially young people, for patriotic songs deeply moves the artist.

When performing songs with a nationalistic spirit, "Tram is always clearly aware that this is not just an artist's role, but also a responsibility."

The patriotic crane is not a dazzling, glittering piece of jewelry that we only "wear" on special occasions. On the contrary, it is a quiet, endless stream that we can enjoy every day, reminding us of the sacred values of peace and tranquility.

"Vietnam Proudly" marks the second collaboration between Vo Ha Tram and young musician Doan Minh Chau.

Previously, the two collaborated on "I Wish to Be Vietnamese" . The new song further demonstrates how well Doan Minh Chau understands Vo Ha Tram's powerful vocals, and how he distributes her vocal range appropriately.

The song blends nationalistic elements with a modern feel, incorporating both traditional and electronic instruments. The vocal parts hitting high notes sound heroic, energetic, and proud.

The song not only celebrates the beauty of the land from Thang Long to the nine rivers of the Mekong Delta, but also serves as a reminder of love for one's roots, the spirit of unity, and unwavering faith under the glorious banner.

On YouTube, many viewers left comments below the artist's music video. "I just got goosebumps because of national pride," "Vo Ha Tram sings so powerfully," "The song is so meaningful"... were some of the comments. One viewer urged the singer to "release more songs about our country, Vietnam."
