The program was carried out under the direction of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Vietnam Television (VTV) coordinated with the Party Committee and People's Committee of Hanoi, Hue, and Ho Chi Minh City to organize and implement, aiming to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
At the Ho Chi Minh City bridge, a magnificent stage combines the solemnity of a historical building with youthfulness and dynamism, bringing a unique visual experience.
The atmosphere at Ben Nha Rong was quite exciting. The program took the audience through three emotional chapters: Must look broadly, think carefully; Resolutely and relentlessly attack; Certain to succeed. Through that, it contributed to arousing national pride, spreading the message "Opportunities must be created by people", inspiring every Vietnamese person to contribute to realizing the era of development, prosperity and strength.
It can be said that this is not just a TV show, but an elaborate work of art, where history, technology and emotions blend together, making the audience a part of the greatest moments of the nation.
At the program, delegates and people present at the Ho Chi Minh City bridge witnessed documentary films, precious images of the heroic years of the nation and enjoyed immortal musical works such as: Raising the flag to the south, Going on the road, Small spring... These works are the guiding light for many generations, expressing the will to fight, the desire for peace, the belief in victory and patriotism, national pride.

In particular, at the program, the audience also heard meaningful and authentic stories from historical witnesses such as: Ms. Nguyen Thi Binh, known as "the beauty dancing among the wolves" at the Paris Conference; Colonel, Hero of the People's Armed Forces Tu Cang - Head of the legendary H63 Intelligence Group; Colonel, musician Doan Nho, composer of immortal songs; Ms. Ton Nu Thi Ninh; Mr. Pham Chanh Truc, former Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Dr. Le Dang Doanh...
Through the true stories of these special witnesses, we see the arduous yet heroic years, the indomitable will, courage and intelligence of our ancestors' generation to gain independence for the nation.
The success of the August Revolution brought the country back to the people, strongly encouraging the independence movement in the world in the 20th century. It was the culmination of the 15-year preparation and struggle since the Party was founded, affirming the unique art of opportunism of the Vietnamese revolution.
