Bamboo Airways has just announced a resolution appointing Mr. Truong Phuong Thanh to the position of Deputy General Director.
Mr. Truong Phuong Thanh had a long tenure as Deputy General Director of Bamboo Airways from 2019 to 2024, before leaving the airline. He is described as having many years of experience and holding important positions at major Vietnamese airlines.

On the same day, Bamboo Airways also appointed several leadership personnel, including Mr. Tran Minh Viet to head the Information Technology Department and Mr. Vu Minh Tuan to head the Finance and Accounting Department.
Recently, Bamboo Airways announced that Chairman of the Board of Directors Phan Đình Tuệ has submitted his resignation. This will take effect immediately after the shareholders' general meeting approves the dismissal at the extraordinary general meeting scheduled for July 5th.
Mr. Tuệ has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bamboo Airways since February 2024. Prior to that, he joined the airline in June 2023 as a member of the Board of Directors, and then as Permanent Vice Chairman.
Bamboo Airways also dismissed members of the Supervisory Board, including Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Cam, Mr. Pham Van Phung, and Mr. Vu Minh Tuan. All three had submitted resignation letters. Currently, the Bamboo Airways Board of Directors has five members: Mr. Phan Dinh Tue, Mr. Le Thai Sam, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Trong, Mr. Le Ba Nguyen, and Ms. Le Thi Truc Quynh.
