Along with the lending policies for agriculture, rural areas and farmers according to Decree 55, Agribank Ninh Binh also promotes the implementation of lending for other programs such as the new rural construction program; Loans to reduce post-harvest losses under Decision 63/2010/QD-TTg, Decision 65/2011/QD-TTg, Decision 68/2013/QD-TTg; Loans according to Decree 67/2014/ND-CP dated 7/7/2014 of the Government on a number of fisheries development policies; Agricultural loans with high-tech application of clean agriculture.
Through the implementation of the credit policy for agricultural and rural development, farmers have contributed to the restructuring of crops and livestock, gradually improving productivity and increasing incomes for each family and individual. , actively contributing to the new rural construction; poverty reduction in rural areas.
In order to transfer capital quickly and in a timely manner, to best meet the economic development capital needs of people in rural areas, Agribank Ninh Binh signed an inter-sectoral agreement with the Farmers' Union, the Women's Union, and the Women's Union.
