The project to build the southern road of Phu Phong town and the road connecting National Highway 19 (QL) to the Becamex Binh Dinh Industrial and Urban Area, linking to Quy Nhon Port, requires construction units to focus on implementation and complete the project no later than March 20th. Specifically, the branch section of the project connecting National Highway 19 to the Becamex Binh Dinh Industrial and Urban Area, linking to Quy Nhon Port, must have its roadbed essentially completed by March.

The construction unit has fully mobilized manpower and equipment to implement the construction in accordance with the approved schedule; promptly addressing contractors who are behind schedule to ensure the overall progress of the coastal road project (DT. 639) section from QL1D to the new QL19.

Specifically, for the Phu Cat Airport expansion project, a detailed progress plan for compensation and land clearance, including the investment and construction of resettlement areas and burial sites serving the project, should be prepared and submitted to the Provincial People's Committee before February 28th.

This year, the leaders of the Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee requested the Transportation Project Management Board to review and address shortcomings, focusing on more decisively directing and managing quality control; seriously learn from experience and immediately rectify deficiencies in project management and construction quality management, absolutely preventing any damage to projects after they are put into use; strictly handle businesses that violate quality and construction progress regulations, and prohibit violating businesses from participating in projects where the Project Management Board is the investor.
