The commune has established a Commune-level National Target Programs Management Board, assigned tasks to its members, and coordinated surveys to assess the situation in particularly disadvantaged villages as a basis for developing socio -economic development plans for ethnic minority areas. The commune is also actively promoting the disbursement of Program 1719 funds, focusing on supporting production, investing in transportation infrastructure, electricity, clean water, and schools.

The Management Board of Pá Nó village, Tạ Khoa commune, is reviewing households that have received support from Program 1719.

To date, Ta Khoa commune has disbursed over 90% of its allocated capital. In early 2025, the people of Ta Do village were delighted when the concrete road from National Highway 37 to the village was repaired and upgraded. The project, with a total cost of over 320 million VND, was funded by Program 1719. Mr. Dinh Van Khanh, Party Secretary and Head of Ta Do village, said: "After many years of use, the road had deteriorated severely. Along with improving infrastructure, Ta Khoa commune is focusing on implementing sub-projects 2 and 3 on sustainable agricultural and forestry production development under Program 1719, supporting the construction of livestock farming models suitable to local customs and strengths, contributing to increasing people's income. By 2025, 99 poor households, near-poor households, and newly escaped-from-poverty households in Khoc B, Cay Khe, Pa No, Trong De, and Ho Sen villages will receive support in the form of breeding horses and cows, with a total budget of over 2.5 billion VND.

My family is very excited and will try our best to take good care of it so that the cow continues to reproduce, bringing in income and helping us escape poverty."

The road to Pá Nó village was built with funding from Program 1719.

Thanks to funding from Program 1719, agriculture and rural areas inhabited by ethnic minorities in Ta Khoa commune have seen significant development. These models have provided stable incomes for households ranging from 150-200 million VND per year.

In addition, the commune proactively guides and supports people in finding employment opportunities outside the province. The family of Mr. Tráng A Nênh, from Pá Nó village, received support in the form of breeding cows.

Currently, the commune has 562 workers employed in businesses, production facilities, and cooperatives within the province. 2,027 workers are employed outside the province or through labor export programs in Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan, earning between 10 and 30 million VND per month. The commune also collaborates with the Social Policy Bank to implement preferential credit programs, with 1,419 ethnic minority households receiving loans totaling nearly 95 billion VND.
