This MOU is also particularly meaningful in the context that Phu Quoc is expected to become a focal point for international events when hosting the APEC Summit 2027. The cooperation between Sun Group and ACV not only aims to serve the increasing travel demand, but also aims to standardize infrastructure and services towards internationalization.
The comprehensive cooperation between a multi-industry private economic group and a key state-owned infrastructure corporation such as ACV is expected to create an effective and classy cooperation model with the same major goal - to elevate Vietnam's position on the world aviation and tourism map.
