Two projects put into use include the Dien Bien Phu road extension to Diem Van Urban Area (total capital of 519 billion VND) and the DT.633 bypass road from Nui Ghenh to the coastal road DT.639 (total capital of 336 billion VND).

Of which, the extended Dien Bien Phu road has a length of 1.59km, a roadbed width of 20.5m, a road surface with 4 lanes, and a design speed of 50km/h. The project started construction in August 2021 and was completed on schedule after 4 years of construction, contributing to creating an important traffic route, serving the socio -economic development in urban areas and socio-economic driving forces in the Eastern Gia Lai region.

The DT.633 bypass is 3.53km long, designed to the standard of a level III plain road, with a speed of 80km/h and a road surface of 17.5m. This is a strategic traffic route, enhancing the East-West connection, reducing traffic pressure through De Gi commune, and at the same time opening up space for urban development, services, and tourism for the locality.

The completion of the two projects has practical significance in welcoming the 1st Gia Lai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; at the same time, creating new momentum to promote socio-economic development, realizing the goal of making Gia Lai a fairly developed province in the Central region.
