On November 15, the Central Delegation of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education visited and worked in Co To special zone, awarding scholarships to students with difficult circumstances who have excelled in their studies and training in the area.

Over the years, the Party Committee and the Government of Co To Special Zone have always paid attention to and accompanied the education cause; created all conditions for students to study in the best environment; along with that, focused on developing high-quality human resources.

Co To Special Economic Zone still faces many difficulties, but in recent years it has recorded significant socio -economic development; infrastructure has been invested synchronously, and people's lives have been increasingly improved. In the context of still facing many challenges, the locality has maintained good education quality, cared for students and implemented many practical solutions to nurture and develop young human resources. This is considered an important foundation for the special economic zone to continue to develop sustainably in the coming time.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education awarded 100 million VND in scholarships to disadvantaged students who have overcome difficulties to excel in their studies in the Co To special zone. The support aims to encourage and motivate the students' studious spirit; at the same time, spreading the emulation movement of studying throughout the community.
