Lo Gach Bridge on Provincial Road 9, Khanh Son commune section, was deeply flooded, causing isolation.

On the evening of November 16, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dong - Chairman of Khanh Son Commune People's Committee said that due to heavy rain, water from upstream poured in, by 6:30 p.m., Lo Gach bridge on Provincial Road 9 across To Hap River, the section passing through Hap Thinh village, Khanh Son commune was flooded 0.6 - 0.7m deep, the water was flowing rapidly. Khanh Son Commune authorities have set up checkpoints on both sides, prohibiting people and vehicles from passing through this area to ensure safety.

In addition to Lo Gach bridge, in Khanh Son commune, there are also spillways: Son Trung - Son Hiep (bordering Khanh Son - Dong Khanh Son communes); Ta Luong (Ta Luong village), Cau Go (Xom Co village) which are also deeply flooded, water flows rapidly, causing traffic disruption in villages in the commune. To ensure the safety of people's lives, Khanh Son commune's functional forces have arranged guards at both ends of these spillways, not allowing people to pass through.

Currently, floods on rivers and streams in Khanh Son commune are rising rapidly, the risk of flash floods, landslides is very high. Khanh Son Commune People's Committee requests villages in the area to stay close to residential areas, grasp the flood situation, especially in areas along rivers, streams, and vulnerable areas to promptly evacuate households to safe places. Khanh Son Commune People's Committee requests people to raise their vigilance, immediately report to local authorities when detecting signs of insecurity, risks of landslides, flash floods, etc. to receive timely support and rescue.
