Currently, authorities are urgently collecting rocks and soil, and clearing fallen trees on Khanh Son pass to ensure safety.

Also on Provincial Road 9, water from upstream flooded Lo Gach Bridge (Khanh Son Commune) to a depth of 0.6 - 0.7m, flowing rapidly. Authorities blocked both sides, preventing people from passing. In Khanh Son Commune, there are also spillways such as Son Trung - Son Hiep, Ta Luong, Cau Go that are deeply flooded, flowing rapidly, causing traffic disruption.


On the same day, a section of National Highway 1 through Cam Lam commune was flooded. Traffic police were on duty, directing traffic. Many roads in Bac Cam Ranh ward were also partially flooded.
In Trung Khanh Vinh commune, water from streams rose, the spillway of Ba Cang village on the route to Song Cho hydropower plant was flooded, water flowed strongly. At key locations on Khanh Le pass (National Highway 27C) and Ngoan Muc pass (National Highway 27), forces were deployed to respond.
On November 16, Khanh Hoa Department of Education and Training issued a document requesting units and localities to proactively let students stay home from school if there is heavy rain.
