At the Conference, the representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 2523-QDNS/TW dated November 14, 2025 of the Central Party Secretariat on the transfer and appointment to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term. Accordingly, the Secretariat decided that Comrade Le Van Luong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lai Chau province ceased to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
