Earthen wall houses, cultural heritage of Mong people in Ha Giang

The rammed earth house is a unique cultural heritage of the Mong people, built by hand-tamping earth into wooden molds. This architecture is able to withstand harsh weather, providing coolness in the summer and warmth in the winter. In addition to its function as a place to live, the rammed earth house also demonstrates the community cohesion, creativity and intelligence of the Mong people to adapt to nature.
