Regularly mobilize members to effectively implement the project of reducing coastal fishing vessels, converting to large-capacity vessels, converting fishing occupations to ensure sustainability and efficiency; support members to convert to industrial-scale marine aquaculture, apply high technology, and build internationally certified aquaculture areas. At the same time, promote the role of a bridge, gather opinions and propose solutions to state agencies, making an important contribution to the effective, stable and sustainable development of the province's fisheries sector.
