Accordingly, units need to maintain regular contact with authorities and local rescue forces to promptly respond in case of incidents; develop and implement plans to ensure the safety of students, teachers, and educational administrators; proactively let students take time off from school and develop plans to make up for missed classes at appropriate times; absolutely do not organize teaching and educational activities for students when safety is not guaranteed.

In addition, units need to review, inspect and consolidate school facilities, especially at remote schools in remote areas, where there is a high risk of landslides or flooding; move assets, machinery, equipment, tables, chairs, records, textbooks to safe places to minimize damage, loss. Units need to assign leaders to be on duty 24/7 to proactively handle situations that arise; regularly report promptly to the department for timely understanding and direction.
