The festival took place with a series of activities: "Green Market" displaying, introducing and promoting start-up products of women members; Final round of the "Innovative and creative rural women start-up" contest in Dak Lak province in 2025; Forum "Women start-up with community tourism development model"; Commending typical cooperatives managed/owned by women to create jobs for female workers; Cultural exchange, arts, cuisine , community activities.

Speaking at the Festival, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Tran Doan Toi emphasized that the Festival is not only an occasion to honor exemplary women, but also a source of inspiration to spread the desire to start a business, be creative and contribute to all women in Dak Lak province.

At the same time, it is recommended that the Women's Union at all levels focus on supporting women to start businesses, especially women in rural areas, ethnic minorities and religious groups; put women at the center of sustainable economic development, linked with digital transformation, new rural areas and international integration; promote and replicate typical examples, train management skills, apply digital technology and build product brands; build a network connecting with businesses, cooperatives and experts, expand international cooperation; support capital, provide legal advice, organize start-up competitions so that women have the opportunity to demonstrate their mettle and realize their ideas of starting a business or starting a business.
