Tan Thanh village currently covers an area of approximately 165 hectares, with 217 households and 890 inhabitants. Over the years, in response to patriotic emulation movements, Tan Thanh village has consistently been a shining example, leading the way in many practical initiatives such as: labor and production emulation; ensuring security and order; eliminating temporary housing; building a security camera system; constructing roads and flagpoles; providing garbage bins in residential areas; establishing neighborhood fire prevention and control groups; and creating flower-lined roads… The villagers are always united and compliant with all the Party's guidelines and the State's laws and regulations.

Currently, the average per capita income in the village reaches 150 million VND/year; the employment rate is over 60%; and annual income from coffee and durian cultivation is approximately 185 billion VND. 85% of households in the village own solidly built houses, with no temporary or dilapidated houses remaining; the rate of culturally exemplary households is over 98%; and 100% of children of school age attend school, with no dropouts.

The lighting system covers 100% of the village roads and alleys, ensuring security and order; the environment is kept clean and beautiful, meeting standards. Notably, the village now has no poor or near-poor households, and the material and spiritual lives of the people are constantly improving.

Building on the achievements made, Tan Thanh village has set a goal for 2026 to strive to complete the construction of an advanced new rural area, moving towards building a model new rural area, contributing to improving the quality of life for the people and building a more developed locality.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong Pac commune, Lai Duc Dai, acknowledged and praised the achievements of the people of Tan Thanh village in the past year. He also expressed his hope that the Party Committee, Party branches, and the Front Committee of the village would continue to foster unity and promote creative competition among all segments of the population, mobilizing people to actively participate in building new rural areas and effectively implementing the Resolution of the 1st Party Congress of Krong Pac commune, term 2025-2030.
