Ea Sup Commune Job Fair 2025

On the morning of November 16, Dak Lak Employment Service Center (under the Department of Home Affairs) coordinated with the People's Committee of Ea Sup commune to organize the 2025 Job Fair, attracting more than 300 union members, youth and local people to attend.

The festival attracted 12 units and enterprises to participate with a total recruitment and enrollment demand of more than 5,500 people. At the festival, the Provincial Employment Service Center and recruiting businesses provided detailed information on the labor market, recruitment needs, industries with labor shortages, and vocational training and labor export opportunities. Along with that, they provided full and clear support policies for workers participating in labor export to union members, youth, and people of Ea Sup commune.

To complete the targets on employment and labor export in 2025, the locality has implemented many practical solutions, focusing on promoting vocational training associated with job creation, gradually increasing the average income per capita to 52 million VND/year; reducing the multidimensional poverty rate by an average of 3%/year, of which reducing poor households of ethnic minorities by 4%/year according to the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2030.
