Phuoc Giang residential area, Hoa Xuan commune organizes National Great Unity Day

Attending the festival were comrades: Huynh Lu Tan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board; Dang Hong Linh, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Hoa Xuan commune; and a large number of people from Phuoc Giang village.

Comrade Huynh Lu Tan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board, presented the symbol of donating 2 Great Solidarity houses to poor and near-poor households to the locality.

In recent times, the movement “All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas” in Phuoc Giang residential area has been widely deployed, mobilizing the active participation of cadres, party members and people. The solidarity movements to help each other develop the economy, reduce poverty sustainably, repay gratitude, and build a cultural life continue to be maintained and promoted effectively.

Up to now, the entire residential area has 104/107 households recognized as Cultural Families, reaching over 98%; 93 households have maintained the title of Cultural Families for 5 consecutive years. Education , health care, and people's living care have been given attention, 100% of households have registered as studious families, and no children have dropped out of school.

In addition, the Front Work Committee coordinates with the police and military forces to effectively carry out legal propaganda work, mobilize people to install electronic identification, and contribute to maintaining local security and order.

Comrade Huynh Lu Tan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board, and leaders of Hoa Xuan commune presented gifts to poor and near-poor households of Phuoc Giang village.

Speaking at the festival, comrade Huynh Lu Tan acknowledged and praised the outstanding results that Phuoc Giang residential area has achieved in recent times. He emphasized that the great national unity bloc is an important foundation in the socio-economic development of the locality.

Comrade Huynh Lu Tan suggested that Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and organizations continue to promote the tradition of solidarity; pay more attention to social security work, care for poor and near-poor households; promote digital transformation in the community; and build Phuoc Giang residential area to be increasingly civilized and prosperous.

On this occasion, the Provincial Fund for the Poor supported the construction of 2 Great Solidarity houses for poor and near-poor households; the Party Committee and People's Committee of Hoa Xuan commune also presented many gifts to poor and near-poor households and households in difficult circumstances in Phuoc Giang village.

The festival took place in a joyful atmosphere, imbued with solidarity, continuing to affirm the strength of the great national unity bloc in the locality.
