Jubilant National Unity Day in Bo De ward

HNP - On the afternoon of November 15, in the joyful atmosphere celebrating the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), Bo De ward solemnly organized the National Great Unity Day. This is not only an occasion to review the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front but also a time for the people of the residential groups to join hands to build a civilized and happy community.

From early afternoon, the festival space was bright with the red color of national flags, festival flags, banners, fresh flowers and the cheerful laughter of the residents.

On the side of Bo De ward, there were comrades: Vu Thi Thanh, Party Committee Secretary, Chairwoman of the Ward People's Council; Nguyen Thi Kim Dinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Duong Dinh Tinh, Standing Committee Member, Chairman of the Ward Fatherland Front Committee, along with comrades in the Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of the People's Council - People's Committee, representatives of departments, branches, unions and a large number of people in the residential group.

2025 is the year that Bo De ward will carry out many tasks in the context of the new government model starting to operate, requiring innovation in management and consensus of the people. However, the most valuable thing is the spirit of self-awareness, responsibility and sharing of the people in the residential area.

Movements for community life have received widespread support. The work of caring for poor, near-poor and disadvantaged households has been effectively implemented when social resources have been strongly mobilized; the Fund for the Poor has received generous contributions from businesses, agencies and people; many households facing risks have been supported to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.

In particular, in the past year, the movement to support the people of the North to overcome the consequences of storms and floods has achieved very impressive results with a donation of more than 3 billion VND, making Bo De ward the leading unit among 126 wards and communes of Hanoi Capital, receiving a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the City People's Committee.

This is a clear demonstration of the spirit of "helping each other", showing that community responsibility is increasingly enhanced in each citizen.

Along with those results, the movement to build a cultural life continues to flourish; the urban landscape environment is kept clean and beautiful; the art and sports movement is maintained regularly. Thanks to that, the rate of households meeting cultural standards in 2025 continues to be maintained at a high level, reaching 93.7%; the rate of cultural residential groups is estimated to reach over 90%, contributing to maintaining the criteria for building a civilized urban area of ​​the ward.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Nguyen Thi Kim Dinh expressed her belief that with the efforts, creativity and determination of the staff of the Bo De Ward Front, the implementation of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" and the movement "All people unite to build cultural life in residential areas" will continue to reap many successes in the coming time.

At the Program, the People's Committee of Bo De Ward awarded 168 certificates of merit to typical cultural families in 2025, to honor households that actively participate in movements and build a civilized and affectionate lifestyle.

On this occasion, the Ward Fatherland Front Committee also presented 18 savings books (each worth 3,000,000 VND) to near-poor households in the area - demonstrating practical care and concern for families in difficult circumstances, contributing to ensuring social security.

The joy was evident on every face, from the elderly to the children, when they enjoyed the performances together and received meaningful gifts. The festival ended in laughter, in the warmth of humanity and the pride of each resident when living in a united community, where the spirit of great solidarity is not just a slogan, but a sustainable value preserved over the years, becoming the strength for Bo De ward to develop civility, humanity and happiness.
