Kien Minh completed reviewing the land origin of more than 400 households to clear the land for the railway project.

kien-minh-4 — Kien Minh Commune established a Steering Committee for site clearance to implement the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway project.

The Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway project through Kien Minh commune has a total area of more than 71.1 hectares of land to be recovered, involving 625 plots of land, mainly agricultural land.

Up to now, the commune has checked the land origin of 434/550 households, reaching nearly 80%, belonging to the group with a high checking rate compared to the general progress of the whole city.

The locality also publicly announced and signed the confirmation of the agricultural land map with 321 households; posted the excerpt and completed the compensation plan for 152 households in Duc Phong village. This is a task that the city requested to be accelerated, and the commune has implemented it in key villages.

The commune has also inventoried 15.73 hectares of agricultural land and is reviewing the records of 5 households whose residential land was recovered to submit for resettlement consideration, achieving progress close to the plan set for November 2025.

To ensure the site clearance work is carried out according to the plan, the locality has established a Steering Committee for site clearance for the project through the area. At the same time, it continues to review the remaining area in Tho Linh, Thong Nhat, Thap Linh, Doan Ket villages and requests that specialized agencies soon confirm the land registry extract to complete the dossier.
