Completing land prices, speeding up site clearance for Bao Loc

In the context of Lam Dong province focusing on key projects, especially the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project, site clearance continues to be the key task that determines the overall progress.

Localities and relevant units have made efforts to complete a large amount of work, especially land price development, creating a basis for applying compensation, support and resettlement prices synchronously and uniformly along the entire route.

According to the latest report, most communes and wards have completed this work, contributing to removing many important "bottlenecks" in the site clearance process.

Mr. Huynh Van Minh, Deputy Director of Lam Dong Province Land Fund Development Center, said: Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway project has a length of more than 73.6 km, a total reclaimed area of over 582 hectares and affects more than 2,450 households and organizations.

Up to now, the counting work has been completed 98.04%; more than 2,215 files have been transferred to localities for legal review, reaching over 92% of the total number of files.

A common point worth noting is that most of the localities where the expressway project passes through such as: Ward 1 Bao Loc, Commune Bao Lam 2, Commune Hoa Ninh, Commune Di Linh, Commune Bao Thuan, Commune Gia Hiep, Ninh Gia, Duc Trong and Tan Hoi have all completed the land price construction work, creating conditions for the Land Fund Development Center and Project Management Board No. 1 to speed up the progress of pricing, posting and completing compensation payment records.

Hiep Thanh commune is waiting for the valuation certificate, then will complete the remaining part of the land price construction work.

According to Mr. Huynh Van Minh, currently, most of the communes and wards along the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project have completed land price construction, this is considered a prerequisite to shorten the time to implement the next steps.

On the other hand, the work of building a unified land price helps localities speed up the application of compensation prices. Having land prices early helps the Lam Dong Provincial Land Fund Development Center and Project Management Board No. 1 proactively calculate compensation, support, and resettlement.

In addition, the completion of land price construction has created transparency and received consensus from the people. Land prices are built in a unified manner according to regulations, helping the listing process to be convenient, limiting questions about compensation levels. At the same time, minimizing the time to complete payment records. This contributes to bringing the entire land acquisition and clearance process back on schedule and reducing the risk of prolongation.

In addition, there are problems with boundaries and measurement results, such as 40 records in Di Linh or the case of unapproved measurement results in Hoa Ninh. Some records related to farmland and forest land such as in Bao Lam 2 and Gia Hiep need more time to verify.

However, localities have had specific time plans for each group of documents, committed to completing each part of the work according to the set progress milestones.

With the volume of legally reviewed documents, the number of applied and listed prices increasing sharply, and the completion of land price construction for almost the entire route, the site clearance work for the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway project is having clear changes.

In the coming time, Lam Dong Provincial Land Fund Development Center will continue to speed up the progress of completing the inventory of the remaining records in Bao Thuan, Duc Trong, and Ninh Gia.
