At the dialogue, 20 delegates representing villages, residential clusters, and organizations raised 40 opinions on issues such as: Difficulties and delays in processing applications for granting certificates of land use rights and converting land use purposes; compensation and site clearance for projects in the commune are still inadequate, compensation prices are low; prolonged construction investment projects cause environmental pollution...

In addition, many people expressed their opinions about the untimely receipt of policies and benefits for meritorious people and monthly allowances for the elderly. Some people suggested that the State pay attention to supporting funding for upgrading the village cultural house and installing security cameras to ensure security and order.

Based on the opinions expressed at the dialogue, Chairman of Soc Son Commune People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc received and directed the handling of each area under his authority. In particular, the contents that people were interested in sending many suggestions such as the dossier for granting the first land use right certificate, the residential land limit, the procedure for correcting the red book, changing the land use purpose, etc., the commune leaders directed the specialized departments and offices to receive and resolve immediately.

For issues beyond their authority that require time to verify, the leaders of the commune's departments and offices will send official dispatches to the departments and branches for response, then invite people to come and guide and resolve them as soon as possible, reducing travel time for the people.

At the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Soc Son Commune, Bui Duy Cuong, emphasized that in recent times, the Party Committee and the communal government have always made efforts to be close to the people, promptly and resolutely resolve the legitimate rights of the people. However, along with the efforts of the authorities and organizations at all levels, each citizen is also an important subject in the inspection and supervision work, helping the Party Committee, the government and the organizations to successfully complete the assigned tasks; successfully implement the goals set by the Commune Party Congress and the 18th Hanoi City Party Congress.

To continue to serve the people well and improve their lives, Party Secretary Bui Duy Cuong requested that relevant departments, branches, organizations, agencies and units urgently advise and propose a specific roadmap to promptly resolve issues of concern to the people according to regulations, ensuring requirements on time and quality of work.

Comrade Bui Duy Cuong also assigned the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Soc Son commune to monitor the results of the competent authorities' handling of the people's petitions raised at the dialogue; promptly report the results of handling and resolving to the heads of the Party Committee and commune authorities according to regulations.
