Hanoi: More than 37 thousand online contest entries on fire prevention and fighting

The online contest "Learning about the law and knowledge of fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue in the city in 2025" was held to respond to the 64th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Force (October 4, 1961 - October 4, 2025) and the 24th anniversary of the National Day of Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue (October 4, 2001 - October 4, 2025).

After a period of implementation, the Contest has received enthusiastic participation from a large number of officers, soldiers of the police force, civil servants, public employees, students, workers and people of the Capital. By the end of the contest, through the synthesis on the software system, the contest has attracted more than 37,100 people living, studying and working in the Capital and officers and soldiers of the Hanoi City Police to participate.

Based on the scoring results, Hanoi City Police selected 73 outstanding individuals to win the Contest prizes, including 3 First prizes, 5 Second prizes, 15 Third prizes and 50 Encouragement prizes.

Congratulating the winners of the contest, Colonel Pham Trung Hieu, Head of the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (Hanoi City Police) emphasized: "With more than 37,100 participants, the contest has shown the interest and positive response of society to fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue - a task of special importance, directly related to people's lives and property".

In addition, the contest results also show that the spirit of studying and understanding the law of the officers, soldiers and people of the Capital is increasingly enhanced. Many exams achieved perfect scores in a short time, demonstrating solid knowledge, serious attitude and high sense of responsibility of the contestants. This is not only a knowledge contest, but also a lively and useful forum contributing to spreading the culture of "Proactive prevention - readiness to respond" in the community, strengthening the movement of the entire population participating in fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue more widely and effectively.
