Farmers' Association of Emulation Cluster No. 3 summarizes emulation and reward work in 2025

Mr. Ha Van Lam, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the ward and Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Tuy Hoa ward, Head of Emulation Cluster No. 3 chaired the conference. Attending the conference was Mr. Vo Duy Kha, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association.

According to the report at the conference, Emulation Cluster No. 3 includes the Farmers' Association of 34 communes and wards in the eastern part of the province. In recent times, emulation and reward work in the cluster has been comprehensively implemented, closely following the local political tasks.

The emulation movements have a wide spread, practical content, mobilizing a large number of cadres and members to participate. The commendation work is carried out in accordance with regulations and in a timely manner, contributing to motivating and encouraging farmers to enthusiastically work, produce, develop the economy , and actively contribute to the construction of new rural areas, civilized urban areas and digital transformation in agriculture.

The movement “Farmers compete in production and business” continues to be promoted, associated with the implementation of the National Target Program on building new rural areas, advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas. In addition, the campaign “All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas” is widely deployed; members actively register to compete in building cultural families, cultural villages and communes; and carry out humanitarian and charitable activities well.

Through emulation evaluation, many households have achieved the title of good farmers and businessmen at the commune, provincial and central levels. The emulation movements have created clear changes, demonstrated through the voluntary contributions of members and farmers: the entire cluster has deployed the construction of 457 welfare works; members contributed more than 12.3 billion VND, donated 12,481 m² of land and tens of thousands of working days. In addition, the Farmers' Association of communes and wards mobilized members to donate and support more than 13 billion VND and many necessities to support people affected by storm No. 10.

In the coming time, Emulation Cluster No. 3 will continue to focus on training professional skills, management skills, and enhancing the application of digital technology to meet the requirements of innovating association activities in the new period.

The cluster will promote the movement of good production and business, develop collective economy; support the establishment and consolidation of agricultural cooperatives and cooperatives; encourage high-tech production models, digital transformation and value chain linkage. At the same time, strengthen digital transformation in association activities and the agricultural sector, effectively deploy QR codes, the "Vietnamese Farmers" app and member management platforms.
