HNP - On the morning of November 15, the National Great Unity Day in Kien Hung Ward took place enthusiastically throughout the ward. Opening the Festival, Head of the Front Work Committee of the 5P Residential Group Nguyen Thi Sam reviewed the glorious tradition of 95 years of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), the National Great Unity Festival.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong said that in 2025, the Neighborhood Front Committee always identifies the core task as consolidating and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, creating consensus and cohesion in the residential community. The great national unity bloc continues to be consolidated and expanded; people unite to help each other develop the economy , maintain security and order, prevent and combat social evils, and join hands to build a "bright - green - clean - beautiful", civilized and safe residential area.

In implementing the two-level local government model, the People's Front Committee has actively propagated and mobilized people to agree, actively respond, and coordinate with other forces in the process of arranging and perfecting the organizational apparatus, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the political system at the grassroots level.

During the implementation process, the Front Work Committee always promotes the role of the people as the main subject, encouraging the spirit of "People know, people discuss, people do, people check, people supervise, people benefit". From the trust in the policies of the Party and the State, people feel secure in participating in labor production, contributing to increasing income, material life is significantly improved; the residential group no longer has poor households, the number of well-off and rich households is increasing.

Notably, the movements "Repaying gratitude", "Mutual love" are deployed regularly, taking good care of policy families, meritorious people, and disadvantaged households. The mobilization and fundraising work "For the poor", "Repaying gratitude", "Fund for the sea and islands"... all meet and exceed the targets assigned by superiors, contributing to ensuring social security.

Agreeing with the direction and tasks set out by the residential group in 2026, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, Pham Anh Tuan, suggested a number of additional issues, such as: Promoting extensive propaganda about the purpose, meaning and maintaining and improving the quality of the People's Delegation Conference to discuss the building of cultural life at the grassroots level and well organizing the National Great Unity Day; maintaining effective implementation of codes of conduct in the workplace and in public places; promoting patriotic emulation movements associated with local political campaigns and tasks...
