At the ceremony, Teacher Tran Thi Phuong Dung - Party Cell Secretary, Principal of Sai Dong Urban Kindergarten reviewed the nation's tradition of respecting teachers and the history of Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20. In particular, the Teacher shared about the 13-year journey of building and developing the School, from its establishment in June 2013, through 10 years at the old facility, to moving to a new, spacious and modern facility in 2023.

Teacher Tran Thi Phuong Dung emphasized, "Sai Dong Urban Kindergarten has turned 13 years old. The school is steadily moving forward on the path of international integration development, always maintaining the title of Excellent City-level Collective, National Standard School Level 2, Education Quality Assessment Level 3, High-Quality School... and today the school is honored and proud to receive the Third-Class Labor Medal awarded by the Party and State."

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuc Loi Ward highly appreciated the role and position of Sai Dong Urban Kindergarten as one of the typical units of the capital's preschool level, one of the first 7 autonomous public preschools in Hanoi city, which has boldly pioneered innovation in many fields: from management, finance, enrollment, to the application of advanced educational methods and digital technology. Deserving to be the "flagship" of Hanoi city in innovation of preschool education, becoming a trusted address for parents and a destination for practice and learning of many units. For many consecutive years, it has received noble titles such as Emulation Flag, Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister, Ministry of Education and Training, Hanoi People's Committee.

Warmly praising and congratulating the outstanding achievements of Sai Dong Urban Kindergarten, comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Hang affirmed that "The Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Phuc Loi Ward will always pay attention, accompany and create favorable conditions for the School to develop even more strongly". She also expressed her belief that the School will continue to promote its achievements, deserving to be a bright spot of preschool education in the Capital.

The ceremony also took time to honor and reward individuals who won the title of "Grassroots-level Emulation Fighter" and teachers who won high prizes in the School-level Excellent Teacher - Excellent Caregiver Competition.

The special art festival program with performances such as traditional martial arts, solo singing, independent dance and gratitude medley of the students ended the ceremony in joy and emotion.

The 43rd anniversary celebration of Vietnamese Teachers' Day and the reception of the Third Class Labor Medal of Sai Dong Urban Kindergarten took place successfully, once again affirming the position and quality of education of the School, creating a strong motivation for the teaching staff to continue to firmly step on the path of innovation and development.
