Lao Cai won first prize in the National Chinese Speaking Competition - Da Nang 2025

The team of Thai Nguyen University Branch in Lao Cai province excellently won first prize at the final round of the 2025 Chinese Speaking Competition held in Da Nang.

Two talented contestants of the Thai Nguyen University Branch Team in Lao Cai province, Nguyen Thi Phuong (DHK7TQ3) and Thao Thi Bau (DHK8TQ2), demonstrated their courage, confidence and excellent speaking ability, surpassing 24 contestants to bring glory to the province.

The National Chinese Speaking Contest - Da Nang 2025 was held on the morning of November 15 at Duy Tan University, in coordination with the Union of Friendship Organizations of Da Nang City, the Vietnam - China Friendship Association of Da Nang City, the Chinese Consulate General in Da Nang and VTV8.

This year's final round has 25 contestants participating in the speech on the topic "Strengthening humanistic exchanges, strengthening Vietnam - China friendship", with a maximum time of 6 minutes and a score of 100. The contest is not only an academic playground but also helps the younger generation better understand the traditional friendship, contributing to fostering the relationship of "both comrades and brothers" between the two nations.

The event is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-China diplomatic relations and the Vietnam-China Humanitarian Exchange Year, and is also a bridge to strengthen the connection, cultural exchange and friendship between the two peoples.
