Building Dong Tam residential group "3 no, 3 yes"

On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), on the evening of November 15, Comrade Luong Trong Thanh, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation attended and celebrated the National Great Unity Day with cadres, party members and people of Dong Tam residential group, Tinh Gia ward.

Comrade Luong Trong Thanh, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation presented the Party Cell, the Front Work Committee and the People of Dong Tam residential group with a portrait of "Uncle Ho with Uncle Ton".

In an excited and proud atmosphere, delegates and Dong Tam People's Committee together reviewed the glorious 95-year tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; at the same time, evaluated the results of patriotic emulation movements and campaigns in the area in recent times.

Over the years, generations of Party members, the Front Working Committee and the People of Dong Tam residential group, Tinh Gia ward (before July 1, 2025, it was a village in Hai Nhan commune) have united, constantly made efforts and strived to successfully carry out assigned tasks.

Before implementing the two-level local government, Dong Tam village was the unit that inaugurated and built the first cultural village of the old Hai Nhan commune, was recognized as a provincial-level Cultural Village twice, and completed the construction of a model new rural area in October 2024.

Currently, Dong Tam residential group has 403 households with about 1,800 people, average income per capita reaching 72 million VND/year.

Speaking at the festival, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation Luong Trong Thanh commended and congratulated the achievements of Tinh Gia ward in general and Dong Tam residential group in particular.

He requested the government, the Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations of Tinh Gia ward, and all the people of Dong Tam residential group to continue to uphold the spirit of solidarity, respond to patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Central and local governments.

In particular, focusing on shifting the economic structure, creating favorable conditions for people to expand their occupations, develop businesses, start creative businesses, to increase income and reduce poverty sustainably. At the same time, continue to maintain and improve the quality of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life", contributing to building Tinh Gia ward to become a civilized ward, a model urban area by 2030.

In particular, the Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation hopes that the Party Committee, the Front Working Committee and the people of Dong Tam residential group are determined and united to successfully build the "3 no 3 yes" residential group.

3 no's: No more poor households, no more social evils and no one left behind.

3 have: Have aspiration, will to develop and rise up; have many typical advanced models and especially have a good position and image, especially building a bright, green, clean, beautiful, affectionate and civilized residential area...

At the festival, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation Luong Trong Thanh presented the cadres and people of Dong Tam residential group with a photo of "Uncle Ho with Uncle Ton" - a beautiful symbol of the spirit of great national unity; awarded 80 million VND to support the construction of a Great Unity house for Mrs. Mai Thi Van's household in Bac Hai residential group; and presented 11 gifts to policy families and households with especially difficult circumstances in Tinh Gia ward.

On this occasion, the leaders of Tinh Gia ward also presented many practical and meaningful gifts to party members and people of Dong Tam residential group.
