Quang Nam Construction Investment Project Management Board (Da Nang City People's Committee) - the investor said that the project has a total investment of VND 288,711 billion, belongs to group B; is a grade III civil work with a planning area of ​​about 60,805.75m².

Project items include: building two new 3-storey classroom blocks with a total construction area of ​​about 3,686m²; building a new 3-storey administrative block with a total floor area of ​​2,280m²; building a new 1-storey dining block, a 1-storey multi-purpose block, a 3-storey student dormitory block and a 3-storey teacher and staff housing block.

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Ngoc Quang emphasized that this is an event of special significance, demonstrating the deep concern of the Party and State for the cause of education and training, socio-economic development, and strengthening national defense and security in the border areas of the Fatherland.

The policy of building a system of inter-level boarding schools in border communes is a strategic visionary decision imbued with profound humanity of the Party and State. This is not only an educational project but also a project of national faith and solidarity.

Recently, the City Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Da Nang city have proactively reviewed the planning to select suitable construction locations; at the same time, closely coordinated with ministries, departments and central branches to prepare conditions for investment procedures to ensure the project is implemented on schedule, with quality and to ensure the new schools are put into operation, serving the 2026-2027 school year, no later than August 2026.

The City Party Secretary requested the Department of Education and Training to coordinate with leaders of relevant departments, branches and sectors and leaders of Dac Pring commune, Quang Nam Construction Investment Project Management Board to directly direct closely, promptly resolve difficulties and problems, support contractors and supervision consultants to concentrate all resources on construction with the spirit of overcoming the sun and rain...

The City Party Secretary emphasized that the new school will be a place to sow knowledge, light up dreams and realize aspirations, a symbol of the spirit of great national unity; and the sentiment and responsibility of the Party, State and people towards their compatriots.

Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Ngoc Quang requested that Party committees at all levels, authorities, construction units, and relevant agencies must comply with quality, progress, site clearance, material sources, techniques, aesthetics, and labor safety; and not allow corruption, negativity, loss, and waste to occur.

"We believe that with the spirit of doing what is said, doing what is committed, and the drastic participation of the entire political system, the entire people, the entire army, especially the border localities, the program of building inter-level primary and secondary boarding schools in the mainland border communes will be a great success," the Secretary of the City Party Committee emphasized.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, VNPT Da Nang presented a “Digital School” solution package worth 100 million VND. This is a companion activity of VNPT in digital transformation of education, contributing to bringing a good learning environment for students in border areas.

The Danang City Book Club donated 1,000 books, forming a diverse knowledge library to support teachers and students, spreading reading culture.
