Emulation Cluster No. 3 of the People's Court summarizes emulation and reward work in 2024

Emulation cluster No. 3 of the People's Court includes the following provinces: Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang, Ha Giang , Lang Son, and Bac Kan.

The conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2024 aims to review and evaluate the results of emulation and reward work in the Cluster.

People's Courts of provinces signed emulation agreements.

During the year, the entire cluster received 55,057 cases of all kinds; resolved 53,969 cases, reaching a resolution rate of 96.4% compared to the same period last year, 2,684 fewer cases were received, 2,412 fewer cases were resolved; the number of cases annulled or amended accounted for 0.37%; 15,358/22,549 cases were successfully mediated and dialogued, reaching a rate of 68.1%; 986 online trials were organized; 13,896 criminal sentences were executed, and 100% of the decisions on execution of sentences were issued.

The units in the cluster have examined 38,546 legally effective judgments, decisions, and records; organized the consideration of exemption and reduction of civil judgment enforcement obligations for 496 cases. Most of the cases were resolved within the statutory time limit, ensuring the right person, right crime, and right law were tried; the quality of the trial was guaranteed; the rate of cases being amended or annulled was low. The work of mobile trials was focused on; the litigation procedures at the court were innovated in a substantive direction, ensuring democracy, publicity, and compliance with legal regulations.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Phung Tien Quan, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee   highly appreciated the results achieved by Emulation Cluster No. 3. He also requested the units to effectively implement the innovation of administrative procedures, publicize and make transparent the activities of the Court; pay attention to the work of building the Party organization and the industry. Strive to complete the targets of settlement and trial, continue to pay attention and coordinate so that Tuyen Quang province can successfully implement the set goals and tasks.

The Court units in the Cluster continue to fully and promptly implement the resolutions of the Party Executive Committee and the Directive of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of emulation and commendation work in the People's Court system; continue to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; and link emulation work with the resolution and trial of all types of cases.

On this occasion, the conference handed over the task of head of Emulation Cluster No. 3 in 2025 to the People's Court of Ha Giang province; signed the emulation covenant in 2025.
