Digital capacity development training for managers and teachers

In order to effectively implement the task of developing digital capacity for high school students under the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training, on November 15 and 16, the Department of Education and Training organized a training course for managers and teachers at all levels.

Accordingly, about 720 core IT teachers of primary, secondary and high schools participated in direct training at locations in Ha Giang 1, Ha Giang 2 and Minh Xuan wards. At the same time, online bridges in 124 communes and wards also organized training for principals, vice principals and IT teachers who could not attend in person.

The training content focuses on guiding the development of school education plans to implement teaching and learning to develop digital competencies for students according to the 2018 General Education Program. This is considered an important solution to help teachers proactively organize educational activities, improve the ability to apply information technology and digital skills for students.

Through the training course, the team of managers and teachers have improved their awareness and professional capacity, contributing to promoting the implementation of digital capacity development education in schools in a more synchronous and effective manner.
