The 10th Congress of BIDV Trade Union, Ha Giang branch, term 2025-2030

The new Executive Committee of BIDV Trade Union, Ha Giang branch, introduced itself at the Congress.

BIDV Ha Giang Branch Trade Union currently has 90 members. In the past term, BIDV Ha Giang Trade Union has completed most of the targets set for the previous term. The Trade Union has performed well its role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees. At the same time, it has promoted its core role, proactively participated in agency management, closely followed political tasks and business plans.

Notably, emulation movements such as: Good workers; building and practicing a culture of learning and creativity; cultivating professional ethics; developing services, digital transformation... Along with that, effectively maintaining social security programs associated with the bank's social responsibility. In the period of 2023-2025, BIDV Ha Giang Branch's grassroots trade union has been the focal point, coordinating with the authorities to carry out 42 social security activities in the area with a total value of 8.24 billion VND, building 9 gratitude houses, installing 20 solar lampposts, donating medical equipment worth more than 3.2 billion VND, supporting the recovery of storms No. 10 and 11 with 1.5 billion VND...

In the 2025-2030 term, BIDV Ha Giang Trade Union set the goal of continuing to promote the role of the Trade Union organization, actively working with the government to ensure employment, and care for the material and spiritual life of workers. At the same time, set a number of targets to strive for, such as: Encouraging union members and workers to enthusiastically compete in labor and strive to complete their tasks or better than the annual business plan targets of the unit; 100% of workers signed labor contracts, paid social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and other insurance; 100% of union members were propagated and educated on legal policies, labor regulations, BIDV regulations and state legal policies...

In the spirit of democracy and objectivity, the Congress elected 5 comrades to the 10th Trade Union Executive Committee, term 2025-2030; elected delegates to attend the Trade Union Congress at a higher level.
