Opening of training course for leaders and managers at department level and equivalent in 2025

The training course was attended by 21 comrades who are currently heads and deputy heads of specialized committees of the Provincial People's Council; Party management officials; Deputy heads of specialized agencies and public service units under the Provincial People's Committee and comrades who are heads of departments, offices, units under the Department and equivalent levels and are planned for leadership positions at the Department level and equivalent levels.

During the training period, the students were taught by lecturers of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics the following topics: Overview of leadership and management at the department level; Skills in developing communication relations; Decentralization and delegation of power in state administration; Issuing and organizing the implementation of state administrative decisions; human resource management; Building and developing public service culture; Organizing inspections and audits of local sectors and fields... Along with that, the students participated in practical research and reported on the topic of building and managing local sector and field brands and managing public finance and assets.

Through the training course, the team of leaders and managers at the department level and equivalent will be updated and supplemented with knowledge and skills in state management, gradually perfecting the standards and conditions according to the requirements of the job position. At the same time, linking planning work with training work, creating a source of qualified and qualified staff for agencies, units and the province.
