Presenting gifts worth more than 260 million VND to students and people of Thanh Tin commune

On November 15, the volunteer group of the 879 De La Thanh Love Rice Club (Hanoi) in coordination with members of the Thien Tam pickup truck group and a volunteer group of 20 members working locally had a meaningful journey to the people and students in the highlands of Thanh Tin commune.

Warm meals were cooked by volunteers for the students.

In the spirit of sharing difficulties with the people in the highlands, the delegation presented many essential items to the school and families with children studying there. These included 800m of water pipes, support for pouring sewers at Lung Chin Ha school; 156 gifts for students with uniform jackets, boots, honeycomb sandals, warm blankets, red flag shirts with yellow stars, woolen hats with scarves, socks, new clothes and gifts of cakes, milk, sausages, notebooks...

The delegation also gave 156 gifts to households including rice, instant noodles, plastic pots, cooking oil, fish sauce, sugar, MSG, spices, etc. In addition, the children and people were also served warm meals with vermicelli, meat, dumplings, fruit for dessert and juice. The total value of the gifts is estimated at 260 million VND.

This meaningful activity is a great source of encouragement for teachers, students and parents of Then Chu Phin Kindergarten, contributing to helping people in the highlands overcome difficulties, demonstrating the good spirit of "the rich help the poor" of the nation.
