Launching the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hue City People's Committee

In the period of 2022-2025, the Youth Union and youth movement of the Communist Youth Union of Hue City People's Committee left many marks with innovative models, associated with digital transformation and political tasks at agencies and units. Political and ideological education work was focused; propaganda activities of the Party's policies, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle were flexibly deployed, attracting a large number of union members to participate. More than 150 outstanding collectives and individuals were commended in implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on "Promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle"; 45 union members were honored as advanced youth following Uncle Ho's teachings at all levels.

The youth volunteer movement continues to be a bright spot with thousands of members participating in activities to build new rural areas, support social security, protect the environment, respond to natural disasters, support people to install VNeID and administrative reform. The models "Green Sunday", "For a green Vietnam", "Anti-plastic waste", youth teams supporting natural disasters... have been widely deployed, creating positive social effects. The "Creative Youth" movement has recorded many initiatives, scientific topics and models of applying information technology in handling administrative procedures, contributing to building a modern and friendly administration. Many young cadres, civil servants and public employees have become the core force in participating in digital transformation, reforming service processes for people and businesses...

In the 2025-2030 term, the Hue City People's Committee Youth Union has determined the motto of action: "Pioneer - Courage - Solidarity - Breakthrough - Development", focusing on building a strong Youth Union organization, improving digital capacity for young people; implementing at least 700 professional initiatives; organizing 80,000 youth volunteers; building 5 charity houses; supporting 5,000 children in difficult circumstances; introducing 1,500 outstanding Youth Union members for the Party to consider admission.

The Congress appointed 30 comrades to join the Executive Committee of the Communist Youth Union of Hue City People's Committee, term 2025 - 2030. Comrade Nguyen Viet Huy Hoang was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Communist Youth Union of Hue City People's Committee.
