The "Sharing with Teachers" program is jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, the Ministry of Education and Training , and Thien Long Group. After 10 years of implementation, the program has honored 576 outstanding teachers from all over the country.
Speaking at the meeting, Nguyen Kim Quy, Permanent Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, said that in implementing the reorganization of administrative units and the deployment of a two-tiered local government, this year's program honors outstanding teachers who are directly teaching at all levels in the general education system in 248 communes, wards, and special zones with land borders; and border guard officers and soldiers working on literacy programs in their areas of operation.
Among the 80 outstanding teachers participating in the "Sharing with Teachers" program in 2025, 36 teachers and border guard officers are from ethnic minority groups.
The oldest teacher is Ms. Tran Thi Thao (born in 1969), who works at Dao San Ethnic Boarding Primary School, Dao San commune, Lai Chau province (with 23 years of service).
The youngest teacher is Ms. Vuong Thi Tuoi (born in 1997), who works at Ban Diu Ethnic Boarding Primary School, Xin Man commune, Tuyen Quang province (for 5 years).
The "Sharing with Teachers" program has truly become a powerful source of inspiration not only for current educators but also for future generations of teachers.
With its spiritual values and encouragement from society, the program encourages teacher-training students – young people who love the field of education – to have more confidence in their choice.
The exemplary teachers honored serve as role models, inspiring successive generations to continuously strive, overcome challenges, and carry on the nation's tradition of guiding and nurturing future generations.
During the meeting, the teachers exchanged and shared the difficulties they faced in teaching and expressed their wishes and aspirations regarding policies and regulations for teachers in remote, disadvantaged areas.
The teachers also shared their experiences in professional work, teaching, and supporting students in their lives and studies. They all shared a deep concern and their greatest hope was to do something for their students, so that they could study with peace of mind, have a happy educational environment, and a better life and future.

"The task of educating people in remote areas and specialized schools still faces many challenges, shortages, and inadequacies, so more than ever, we need pioneering and leading educators to take on that responsibility," Deputy Minister Le Quan said.
Deputy Minister Le Quan stated that the Ministry of Education and Training is implementing the directives of General Secretary To Lam and the Government regarding the development of boarding school systems in border areas.
Based on actual needs, the Ministry will gradually review and expand the school network to meet practical requirements. The Ministry is also urgently finalizing the system of guiding documents to ensure the progress and quality of implementation.

Along with investing in infrastructure, issues related to the teaching staff, operating budget, and boarding and day-boarding policies for students in disadvantaged areas are also being studied comprehensively.
In the long term, the boarding school system in border areas will play a crucial role in implementing the new general education program, developing high-quality human resources, providing career guidance, identifying and nurturing talent, and creating a source of personnel for the locality.
At the program, Deputy Minister Le Quan presented Certificates of Commendation from the Ministry of Education and Training to 80 outstanding teachers who have made significant contributions to the education and nurturing of the younger generation.
