The program "Sharing with teachers" is jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, the Ministry of Education and Training , and Thien Long Group. After 10 years of implementation, the program has honored 576 outstanding teachers across the country.
Sharing at the meeting, Permanent Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union Nguyen Kim Quy said that, implementing the rearrangement of administrative units and implementing the 2-level local government, this year the program honors outstanding teachers who are directly teaching at all levels in the general education system in 248 communes, wards, and special zones with land borders; border guards and soldiers working to eliminate illiteracy in their assigned areas.
Among the 80 outstanding teachers participating in the "Sharing with Teachers" program in 2025, there are 36 teachers and border guard officers and soldiers who are ethnic minorities.
The oldest teacher is Ms. Tran Thi Thao (born in 1969), working at Dao San Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, Dao San commune, Lai Chau province (working time 23 years).
The youngest teacher is Ms. Vuong Thi Tuoi (born in 1997), working at Ban Diu Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, Xin Man Commune, Tuyen Quang Province (working time 5 years).
The program "Sharing with teachers" has truly become a strong source of inspiration not only for current teachers but also for future generations of teachers.
With spiritual values and encouragement from society, the program encourages pedagogical students - young people who love education - to have more confidence in their choice.
The examples of teachers honored are exemplary images, inspiring the next generations to constantly strive, overcome challenges, and continue the tradition of ferrymen of the nation.
At the meeting, teachers discussed and shared difficulties in the teaching process and wishes and aspirations regarding policies for teachers in remote, isolated and disadvantaged areas.
The teachers also shared their experiences in professional work, teaching, and supporting students in life and study. They all have the greatest concern and desire to do something for their students, so that they can study with peace of mind, have a happy educational environment, and have a better life and future.

Listening to the confidences and sharing of teachers, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Le Quan acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and dedication of teachers; at the same time, affirmed that the program is not only in line with the tasks and responsibilities of the Central Youth Union and the Central Vietnam Youth Union, but also has great significance for the staff and teachers in all localities.
"The task of education in remote areas and specialized schools still has many challenges, shortages and shortcomings, so more than anything, we need pioneering teachers to take on that task," said Deputy Minister Le Quan.
Deputy Minister Le Quan said that the Ministry of Education and Training is implementing the direction of General Secretary To Lam and the Government on developing a boarding school system in border areas.
According to actual needs, the Ministry will review and gradually expand the network of schools to meet practical requirements. The Ministry is also urgently completing the system of guiding documents to ensure the progress and quality of implementation.

Along with investment in facilities, issues related to teaching staff, operating costs and boarding and semi-boarding policies for students in disadvantaged areas are also being studied synchronously.
In the long term, the boarding school system in border areas will play an important role in implementing the new general education program, developing quality human resources, providing career orientation, discovering and nurturing talents, and creating a source of cadres for the locality.
At the program, Deputy Minister Le Quan awarded Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Education and Training to 80 outstanding teachers who have made many contributions to the education and training of the young generation.
