BIDV Phu Yen Branch gives support to people affected by storm No. 13

On the morning of November 15, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) Phu Yen Branch organized a delegation to visit, encourage and provide support to households affected by storm No. 13 in Xuan Dai ward and Dong Xuan commune.

Accordingly, in Xuan Dai ward, the delegation presented 40 gifts, each consisting of 1 million VND in cash and 10 kg of rice, contributing to supporting households to overcome initial losses and ensure necessities during difficult times.

Next, in Dong Xuan commune, the delegation visited and provided support to two households whose roofs were blown off by storm No. 13, namely Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hiep in Long Thang village and Mrs. Tran Thi Sau in Long Ha village. Each household received 10 million VND in support to repair their houses and restore their livelihoods.

The total support fund is 65 million VND, contributed by officers and employees of BIDV Phu Yen Branch, BIDV Ninh Binh Branch, Xuan Dai Ward Police and Dai Viet EUI-Vietmoney Money Transfer Company.

According to the representative of BIDV Phu Yen Branch, the above gifts and support are the heart of the branch's staff and other units, with the desire to contribute to helping people overcome difficulties, soon stabilize their lives and restore production after storms and floods.
