The Prime Minister's meeting with outstanding teachers and educational administrators has become a good annual event, carrying profound meaning for the team of teachers and educational administrators. The meeting shows the deep concern of the Prime Minister and Party and State leaders for teachers in particular and the education and training cause in general.

2025 is the 5th year that the Prime Minister continues to maintain and devote time to this event. This is a great source of encouragement, care and motivation from the Prime Minister for the education sector in general and for teachers and educational administrators in particular; at the same time, it shows respect, gratitude and honor for teachers and the teaching profession in the career of "growing people".

The 60 teachers who received the Prime Minister are vivid symbols of the intelligence, dedication and mettle of Vietnamese teachers in the reform period. They are people who are deeply attached to their students, whether they are in modern urban areas or remote, isolated areas or islands.

They are also shining examples of ethics, personality, love for the profession and people; are the core factors in the emulation movements "Innovation and creativity in teaching and learning", "Each teacher is an example of ethics, self-study and creativity".

The tradition of studiousness, respect for teachers, and appreciation of talents are profound humanistic values of our nation; they are important factors in creating Vietnamese intelligence, morality, culture, and people.

Throughout the history of the Vietnamese people, education has existed and developed with the country, always playing an important role as a fundamental pillar in building and nurturing the long-standing culture of the country.

Over the past 80 years, whether in the flames of war or in the cause of peace building, Vietnam's revolutionary education has always been at the forefront: creating human resources, nurturing talents, contributing decisively to the victory of the cause of national liberation, national unification and development. Especially since the renovation, education and training have continuously expanded their network, improved their quality, and gradually integrated internationally.

Education and training have received special attention from the Party and State and are considered a top national policy. Many policies and strategies for education and training development have been issued and important results have been achieved in terms of scale and quality of teaching and learning...

Improve the quality of teachers and staff working in education and training. Focus on reviewing and perfecting recruitment, employment and remuneration mechanisms and policies so that teachers can enjoy salaries commensurate with their efforts, especially preschool teachers, those working in remote, disadvantaged areas, teachers teaching arduous and hazardous professions... In particular, it is necessary to promptly overcome the situation of local teacher surplus and shortage, in accordance with the spirit: "Where there are students, there are teachers".

The success of education is not just about filling up with knowledge, not only about creating good experts, but also about igniting the fire of passion, nurturing aspirations, giving wings to dreams, arousing the spirit of innovation and creativity, cultivating, molding, and passing on to the young generation ideals, ethics, values of truth, goodness, beauty, the quintessence of national and human culture, contributing to the formation of good qualities of Vietnamese people.

Therefore, every teacher must be a shining example of cultivating virtue - cultivating talent, loving the profession - loving people; constantly studying, cultivating, accumulating knowledge, experience, improving professional qualifications; being proactive, applying science and technology, having new approaches in teaching and learning; so that each lesson is truly useful and interesting, so that each school day is truly a happy day.
