During the inspection, the working group surveyed the current situation and directed the removal of obstacles related to site clearance, especially the sections where fences, gates and auxiliary structures had to be demolished to open the road according to the planning boundaries. The construction force was required to ensure safety, maintain environmental sanitation and comply with the schedule.
Up to now, many neighborhoods have actively responded to Plan 272/KH-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee, in which the typical example is Quan Quarter, where people voluntarily donated over 1,000 square meters of land, making an important contribution to expanding the inter-zone connecting road; Lien Hoa 4 Quarter has nearly 40 square meters of land voluntarily handed over by people to create a clear space for construction. Other neighborhoods in the area also continue to review and count the donated area, with the total number increasing day by day, clearly demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the community.

In particular, many households in the area have proactively dismantled structures such as corrugated iron roofs, tiled roofs, fences, outbuildings, etc. to ensure the site is promptly handed over to the construction unit.

Comrade Duong Van Hao, Secretary of the Party Committee of Lien Hoa Ward, said : “The people of Lien Hoa Ward voluntarily donating land and dismantling structures to open roads is a noble expression of their sense of responsibility for the community. This is not only an act of contributing to the present, but also paving the way for the future development of the locality.”

After re-evaluating the planning and project works, Lien Hoa ward has 22 works that need to be upgraded with a total investment of over 70 billion VND. The main focus is on groups of works for flood prevention, urban beautification, existing residential areas, public roads, lighting and environmental sanitation. It is expected that the works will start in November and most of the work will be completed this year, the rest will be transferred to 2026.
