Tien Hoan Company Limited is focusing its resources and urgently implementing the Phan Dinh Phung road renovation project.

Following the heavy rains and flooding caused by Typhoon No. 11, contractors on Phan Dinh Phung and Cach Mang Thang Tam streets have mobilized maximum manpower, machinery, and equipment to catch up on the project's progress. Construction is proceeding urgently, machinery is operating at full capacity, and workers are working overtime and in extra shifts, determined to accelerate the urban beautification project in Phan Dinh Phung ward.

Mr. Nong Van Hong, Deputy Director of Tien Hoa Co., Ltd., the main contractor, said: Immediately after signing the contract with the investor, the company implemented the construction plan, mobilizing sufficient manpower, machinery, and materials.

With overtime, extra shifts, and night work to compensate for delays caused by storms and floods, approximately 30% of the work has been completed. We are committed to completing the project on time, while ensuring workplace safety and quality.

The urban renovation project for Phan Dinh Phung and Cach Mang Thang Tam streets is invested by the Phan Dinh Phung Ward General Services Center, with a total investment of over 70 billion VND from the budget of the former Thai Nguyen city.

The project is being implemented on two streets: Phan Dinh Phung Street (from the intersection with Phung Chi Kien Street to the intersection with Luong Ngoc Quyen Street), 2.1km long, and Cach Mang Thang Tam Street (from the city roundabout to the intersection with Phan Dinh Phung Street), 0.83km long.

The main items include: burying the medium and low voltage power system underground, renovating sidewalks and curbs, replacing the lighting system with energy-saving LED lights, and installing conduits for burying telecommunication lines underground.

According to Mr. Dang Quang Ngoc, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Phan Dinh Phung Ward, this is a key project of the locality in 2025, aiming to build a civilized and modern urban landscape. The People's Committee of the ward has taken over the project and directed contractors to focus maximum manpower and arrange shifts appropriately to accelerate progress.

At the same time, occupational safety, traffic safety, and environmental hygiene are closely monitored at each stage. The goal is to complete the entire project in 2025.

Because the project is under construction and in operation simultaneously, the contractors are implementing special measures to ensure the traffic safety of the public.

Mr. Nong Van Hong, Deputy Director of Tien Hoa Co., Ltd., added: "We have arranged traffic flow appropriately, placed signs and barriers at construction sites. We have deployed traffic control personnel at high-traffic areas, especially during peak hours. Construction workers work in shifts, increasing the number of shifts and working at night in densely populated areas to minimize the impact on residents' lives while still ensuring environmental hygiene."

Along with infrastructure improvements, Phan Dinh Phung ward will also replace all previously planted trees with urban trees of the same species, in line with the planning and modern landscape. Therefore, residents are delighted and supportive of seeing the street's appearance change day by day.

With the spirit of "rapid construction - absolute safety," Phan Dinh Phung ward is affirming its determination in urban beautification, contributing to building a green, clean, beautiful, civilized, and livable Thai Nguyen.
