Community Singing Festival, Cluster No. 4, 2025

On November 15th, in the Van Don Special Economic Zone, Cluster No. 4 organized the 2025 Community Singing Festival. The festival aimed to practically celebrate the successful conclusion of the Party Congresses at all levels, the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and other socio-political organizations at the commune level; leading up to the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Quang Ninh province, term 2025-2030; the 14th National Congress of the Party; and the National Unity Day.

Leaders representing the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the People's Council, the People's Committee, and the communes, wards, and special zones presented flowers to offer congratulations.

The program was attended by Comrade Cao Tuong Huy, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the People's Council of the Van Don Special Zone; representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front; and leaders representing the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of the communes, wards, and special zones: Van Don, Co To, Cam Pha, Cua Ong, Mong Duong, Quang Hanh, Ha Tu, and Hai Hoa, along with a large audience.

The 2025 Community Singing Festival of Cluster 4, themed " Quang Ninh's Aspiration - Following the Glorious Party, Steadily Stepping into a New Era," featured 8 competing teams with over 800 performers representing villages and neighborhoods across 8 communes, wards, and special zones: Van Don, Co To, Cam Pha, Cua Ong, Mong Duong, Quang Hanh, Ha Tu, and Hai Hoa.

Each locality presented very unique performances, bearing the distinctive mark of their homeland and unit.

The participating teams brought to the festival unique and diverse performances, praising the glorious Party, the beloved President Ho Chi Minh, the love for the homeland, the tradition of national unity, and exemplary achievements in building cultural life in the community. Through these performances, they expressed profound pride in the heroic and beautiful people and homeland of Quang Ninh.

At the end of the festival, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the Van Don Special Zone team; second prize to the Hai Hoa commune and Cam Pha ward teams; and third prize to the Quang Hanh, Cua Ong, Mong Duong, Ha Tu ward teams and the Co To Special Zone team. Awards were also given to outstanding individual performances.

The 2025 Community Singing Festival - Cluster No. 4 is a vibrant and meaningful cultural activity, attracting a large number of officials, union members, association members, and people from localities within the cluster to participate. The event contributes to strengthening solidarity, promoting patriotic emulation movements, and working towards the successful completion of Quang Ninh province's socio -economic development tasks in 2025. Through the festival, the unique cultural values ​​and strength of the people of Quang Ninh are further awakened and spread widely, while also providing an opportunity to discover and nurture artistic talents among the people, contributing to building an increasingly rich and progressive grassroots cultural life.
