Residential Area Singing Festival Cluster 4 2025

On November 15, at Van Don Special Economic Zone, Cluster No. 4 organized the 2025 Residential Area Singing Festival. The festival aimed to practically welcome the success of the Party Congresses at all levels, the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the commune level; towards the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Quang Ninh province, term 2025-2030; the 14th National Congress of the Party and the National Great Unity Day.

Leaders representing the Standing Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, communes, wards and special zones presented flowers to congratulate.

Attending the program were comrade Cao Tuong Huy, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Van Don Special Zone; representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front, leaders representing the Standing Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of communes, wards, and special zones: Van Don, Co To, Cam Pha, Cua Ong, Mong Duong, Quang Hanh, Ha Tu and Hai Hoa and a large audience.

The 2025 Residential Area Singing Festival of Cluster 4 with the theme: "Aspiration of Quang Ninh - Following the glorious Party to firmly step into the new era". The festival has 8 teams with more than 800 actors representing villages and neighborhoods in 8 communes, wards and special zones: Van Don, Co To, Cam Pha, Cua Ong, Mong Duong, Quang Hanh, Ha Tu and Hai Hoa.

Each locality brings very special performances, bearing the outstanding mark of their hometown and unit.

The teams brought to the Festival unique performances, diverse in genres, praising the glorious Party, beloved Uncle Ho, praising the love for the homeland, the tradition of great national unity and advanced examples in building cultural life in the community. Thereby, expressing deep pride in the people and the heroic and beautiful homeland of Quang Ninh.

At the end of the festival, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the Van Don special zone team; second prize to the Hai Hoa commune and Cam Pha ward teams; third prize to the Quang Hanh, Cua Ong, Mong Duong, Ha Tu wards and Co To special zone teams. At the same time, prizes were awarded to each outstanding performance.

The 2025 Residential Area Singing Festival - Cluster 4 is a vibrant and meaningful cultural activity, attracting a large number of cadres, union members, association members and people from localities in the cluster to participate. The event contributes to strengthening the spirit of solidarity, promoting the patriotic emulation movement, towards successfully completing the socio -economic development task of Quang Ninh province in 2025. Through the Festival, the unique cultural values ​​and human strength of Quang Ninh continue to be aroused and spread strongly, at the same time, it is an opportunity to discover and nurture artistic talents among the people, contributing to building an increasingly rich and progressive grassroots cultural life.
