At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine guided livestock households in Binh Khe ward on reasonable livestock raising measures, environmental sanitation, and disease prevention for livestock. At the same time, households signed a commitment to implement livestock raising measures, including: Not raising more than the prescribed number to ensure compliance with the permitted scale; cleaning barns, collecting livestock waste in the right place, not affecting surrounding households; not discharging livestock wastewater directly into the environment, public sewers, having measures to ensure hygiene according to regulations; fully vaccinating all types of vaccines according to the instructions of the Veterinary agency, promptly reporting when there are signs of disease; complying with inspection and supervision by competent authorities when requested.

Binh Khe is a ward with many livestock models with high economic efficiency such as super lean pigs, dairy cows, free-range chickens. The whole ward currently has 133 farm and ranch models, mainly concentrated in the areas of Quang Man, Trai Doc, Ninh Binh, Dong Do, Bac Son, Ben Vuong and Trung Luong. The total herd of pigs in the area is 28,809; poultry is 339,259; other livestock is 3,119.

Through the conference, the aim is to disseminate, propagate and raise awareness and responsibility of households in livestock farming and environmental protection; at the same time, build a civilized, sustainable and developed local community.
