Unique handicraft products from craft villages around the world

Exquisite handicraft products from many countries around the world displayed at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel (Hanoi) attract a large number of people and tourists to visit and shop.

The event is part of a series of activities of the International Craft Village Conservation and Development Festival 2025 organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment in coordination with the Hanoi People's Committee.

The festival not only honors the quintessence of Vietnamese crafts but also welcomes international friends. Craft villages from around the world come together to create a colorful picture of human craftsmanship.

The event has 350 booths displaying, demonstrating and creating typical craft village products from Hanoi , domestic provinces and internationally.

Ms. Jusnah Binti Jinos (right), a Malaysian, said: “I am very happy to participate in this special cultural event. We bring here handmade jewelry that is imbued with the country’s culture.”

“The event is not only an opportunity for us to exchange and learn experiences, but also helps promote the country's products and unique culture,” Ms. Jusnah Binti Jinos added.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga (Hoang Mai ward) shared: “I find the products here very diverse and rich. Each product has its own beauty, luxury, suitable as a gift and affordable price”.

According to Ms. Nga, Vietnamese handicraft products can compete equally with other countries in the world in terms of design and price.

Participating in the event for the first time, Ms. Hang Y Thanh (H'Mong ethnic group, Phu Tho province) said: "We rarely have the opportunity to participate in such a big event. Therefore, we have to take advantage of the opportunity to promote and find outlets for the handicraft products of ethnic minorities."

“After being displayed at the event, our products attracted the attention of many domestic and international tourists,” Ms. Hang Y Thanh excitedly shared.
